Shipping:

You can choose to have your items delivered. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are as follows:
Up to 2KG: €4.95
Up to 10KG: €7.95
Our packages are always shipped via PostNL.

Returns:

If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, it is always possible. You must send the package back to our store, where upon receipt, we will carefully check the contents of the order before crediting your account. You will then receive the purchase amount back on the account used for payment.
It is important to mention that the costs for returning orders are the responsibility of the customer. This means you need to pay for the return shipping costs. If the shipment does not arrive at our store, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund.
